Nick “At Night” Anderson
Born, raised, and maybe even dropped on his head as a child right here in Lapeer, Nick is the bearer of many a hat at Wings 103 and beyond. First off, he’s your “Night light shining bright throughout the night” at Wings. He flexes other muscles with his 2 year electronics degree obtained at the Lapeer County Vocational – Technical Center (top graduate of his class) to perform engineering duties around the radio station.
He also works a few days a week at a business that repairs office equipment, and owns a Mobile Disc Jockey company called Nick At Night Teen D.J. Service, which specializes in teen events like school dances, proms, and open house parties.
As you can see, sleep is not an option. But if he does find a spare moment or two, Nick enjoys communicating with friends via Amateur Radio and listening to great music of all kinds.
Just like people with photo albums, Nick has an incredible collection of Wings events on audio tape. Everything from Lapeer Days action to embarrassing moments with Disc Jockeys, it’s all in his audio collection.
Nick began his radio career on April 15th 1993, as an intern right here at Wings 103, and this year celebrated 4 wonderful years at Wings.
